You did a nice job on this. The pose is interesting, and I particularly like the legs and feet. The hands look a little strange because they are very shiny, so they seem to be made of plastic to me. Also, I think the open hand might need the palm to be slightly more concave, since, together with the shininess, it looks kinda balloony. The only other critique I can see is that his torso seems a little 2D. Perhaps curving the criss-cross lines to show the shape of his muscles and linea alba would rectify that.
