Description

Tpainter got second place in Slightly Damned's Pokemon Tournament so they won two free "commissions" of their Pokemon! This is the second of the two: a Ninetales in what I call a "Viewtiful Gurren Leaves" (VGL for short) style... for lack of a better name.
